Orders placed on dawnpricebaby.com are completely secure and our customer information is kept private. The following is a description of the steps Dawn Price Baby through Yahoo! have taken to protect your information from misuse when ordering through Dawn Price Baby.

Secure Socket Layer (SSL): Yahoo! Store uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption when transmitting certain kinds of information, such as financial services information or payment information. An icon resembling a padlock is displayed on the bottom of most browsers window during SSL transactions that involve credit cards and other forms of payment. Any time a Yahoo! Store asks for a credit card number during checkout for payment, it will be SSL encrypted. The information you provide will be stored securely on Yahoo! servers.

Fabric Swatches and Color Samples for Custom Order

Upon request, Dawn Price Baby can supply you with fabric swatches and/or color/finish samples in order to assist you in making your product selection. In order to process your request, a valid credit card number is required, although no charge will be incurred if the fabric swatches and/or color/finish samples are returned within 3 weeks. If the samples are not returned within the 3 week period, a charge of $20 will be incurred for each unreturned sample set. If you decide to order a specific product, you may keep the corresponding sample to assist you with your further decorating needs.

Return Policy for Standard Online Purchases

Dawn Price Baby is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your Dawn Price Baby standard online purchase within the first 14 days of your delivery date, you may return it for a refund (damaged items only), exchange or store credit. All returns are subject to the approval of our Customer Service team. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition with all-packing material, manuals, instructions, and registrations card(s).

In order to begin the return, exchange or refund process, simply send an email to customerservice@dawnpricebaby.com with the following information:

  1. Original Order number
  2. Product number and/or product name
  3. Reason for the return
  4. Action desired i.e., replacement, exchange, or refund

Our Customer Service team will send you a return email with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and instructions on how, and where to send the package. The RA# is valid for 10 business days. If you return an item after the 10 business day window or if the Customer Service team deems that the product does not meet the predefined return conditions, your product will be shipped back to you at your expense.

Upon receipt of your approved return, Dawn Price Baby will issue a refund for the purchase price of your item(s) to the credit card used for your purchase, issue you a store credit or ship the item you have selected in exchange.

For your protection, please use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment. We can only refund shipping costs if the return is approved as result of our error. The customer remains responsible for actual shipping charges, including all items shipped to you free of charge.

Please allow 15 business days from the time the item is returned to process a refund. Please note that credit card refunds may not appear until the following billing cycle.

Important Notes:

  • Dawn Price Baby will refuse all returns without an RA number;
  • There will be a 15% Restocking Fee applied to all returned items;
  • Unfortunately, we can not refund shipping costs, and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer;
  • If you chose to return an item you received with free shipping, you will receive a credit or refund for the purchase price minus the appropriate shipping costs.

Sales, Promotions and Discounted Items

All sales on discounted, promotions and sales items are final. Sales promotions cannot be combined with any other offer and are not applicable to custom made-to-order items, stroller or stroller accessories, gift cards, or special orders, unless specifically stated in the offer.

Registry Completion Discount - 10% off - if you registered at Dawn Price Baby and didn't get everything you wanted, we will give you a one-time discount of 10% off* of everything left on your list that you would like to buy. Simply come into any of our store locations or contact us at customercare@dawnpricebaby.com after your shower date for assistance.
(*Discount does not apply to strollers, stroller accessories, furniture, custom order, gift cards, car seats or highchairs. Offer available for registrants only; gift-givers will not receive the completion discount.)

Multiples Discount - 10% off - If you are buying for multiples and the parent, then we can help! Dawn Price Baby will give you 10% off* when you buy more than one of the same item. Simply come into any of our store locations or contact us customercare@dawnpricebaby.com.
(*Discount on like items only, excepting differences in color. Offer available for parents only; gift-givers will not receive the multiples discount.)

Custom Made-to-Order Items

All custom made-to-order items are final sales. We cannot accept any cancellations, or returns due to the nature of our business of providing customized products. Shipping time frames reflected in product descriptions are based on estimates from the designers. In the event of a shipping delay, Dawn Price Baby will notify you promptly and cannot be held responsible for shipping delays beyond estimated delivery times.

Price Match Guarantee

Dawn Price Baby strives to give our customers the best customer service and best deals around. There are times, however, when competitors beat our prices. As a result, we offer our valued customers a Price Match Guarantee. If you find an item on our website or in our store that is priced lower on one of our competitor’s websites, we’ll match their price.


Rules:

  • Item must be current year’s model
  • Item must be in stock
  • Item must not be on sale
  • Price match is pre-rebate, pre-coupon price only
  • Item must be orderable online
  • Item must be sold through the original merchant's site, not an intermediary
  • Merchant must be an authorized retailer. Typically, the authorized dealers are found on the manufacturer’s website under the “where to buy” or “retailers” section of their website
  • Shipping costs are to be included when comparing the prices
  • Price match requests can only be submitted before you complete your order.
  • This offer does not apply to auction sites

A $10 Reward is earned for every $150 spent. Each $10 Reward can be redeemed off a future purchase with no required minimum amount to spend future purchase.
