Easy Returns

Dawn Price Baby is dedicated to customer satisfaction and takes great pride in our products.  If for any reason you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase from Dawn Price Baby, we will make it easy to help get you the item or action you want.

All returns may be made via mail or in our stores.  Non-sale merchandise in new or unused condition may be returned with your packing slip up to 14 days from the purchase date for a full refund or for store credit (less shipping costs and surcharges).  Non-sale merchandise in new or unused condition returned without a packing slip or after 14 days from the date of purchase shall be exchanged for store credit only (less shipping costs and surcahrges).  Any available store credits will be issued at the then lowest selling price and shall be in the form of a Dawn Price Baby gift card.  All gift returns may be for store credit only; no cash refunds are available. 

In order to begin the return process, simply do the following:

  1. Repack the items in the original box
  2. Write "return" on the bottom of the packing list provided in the original shipment and include in the items you are returning.
  3. Consider insuring your package in case it is lost or damaged in transit, Dawn Price Baby cannot be responsible for items that do not arrive. 
  4. Mail your return with the appropriate postage to:

Upon receipt of your approved return, Dawn Price Baby will issue a refund for the purchase price of your item(s) (less original shipping costs and surcharges) to the credit card used for your purchase or issue you a store credit (less original shipping costs and surcharges) based on the value of the item at the time it was returned.

If the returned item is not approved by Dawn Price Baby for the above reasons, we will immediately contact you with further information.  

Please allow 15 business days from the time the item is returned to process a refund. Please note that credit card refunds may not appear until the following billing cycle.

Important Notes:

  • Personalized or custom ordered items can't be returned
  • Any shipping costs or surcharges associated with the return will not be refunded, you are responsible for shipping costs
  • If you chose to return an item you received with free shipping, you will receive a credit or refund for the purchase price minus the appropriate shipping costs
  • If you had free shipping on an item that you return, your return will be less the amount of the original shipping cost.
