Shipping

Dawn Price Baby generally ships all of its items via ground service with small package carriers, such as, the United Parcel Service or the United States Postal Service.  If another carrier is required, Dawn Price Baby will contact you via email prior to actually shipping the items.  

Standard Shipping Rates

In general, items that are in stock, will be shipped within one to two business day. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed the next business day. In the event of a delay, you will be notified via email. Items sent directly from our suppliers may take longer, and items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. Many of our items are custom in nature and shipping times may vary. Please refer to the individual product pages for estimated delivery times for individual items. Important notes:

  • Shipping times are calculated based on when the order has left the warehouse. The customer will receive an Order Confirmation email that provides detailed information on the estimated delivery date.
  • Shipping times do not reflect holiday delivery schedules.
  • Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise.

 

 

 

 

Standard shipping rates are based on Ground shipping methods and are calculated on the amount of each purchase; please refer to the chart below. Some items require an additional shipping charge due to excess weight or special packaging requirements. If there is an additional shipping charge for an item it will be noted on the individual product pages. Please add this amount to the Standard Shipping cost listed below.

2nd Day (Available for orders placed before 9am EST)

Two day express delivery is available only for items that we have in-stock. The cost is an additional $24 to the Ground shipping cost calculations for orders shipped to the contiguous 48 states. 2nd Day express deliveries ship only during standard business days and do not ship on weekends or holidays. 2nd day express delivery may not be available for items we do not have in stock or that are drop shipped from our suppliers and artisans. Next Day / Saturday Delivery (Available for orders placed before 9am EST)

If an item is available for Next Day and/or Saturday delivery, the cost is an additional $30.50 to the Ground shipping cost. Next Day / Saturday Delivery may not be available for items we do not have in stock or that are drop shipped from our suppliers and artisans. To ensure an item is available for Next Day / Saturday Deliver, please contact us for more information.

Hawaii/Alaska (United States Postal Service only)

Add $24 to Ground shipping cost.

International (United States Postal Service only)

Not available for all items. Please contact a customer care representative for more information. Add $24 to Ground shipping cost.

Free Shipping

On several of our products we offer free standard/Ground shipping. If you order an item that has free shipping, in addition to, one or more regular items, you will be charged only for the shipping costs for the regular items. Or, if you choose to ship an item Express, you will be charged the difference in Express shipping cost over the calculated standard/Ground shipping cost. If for any reason you need to return an item that had free shipping, the refund you receive will be for the item price minus the standard shipping cost (see the above calculations). If, however, the item being returned is defective it will be replaced with no additional shipping fees. If you choose to exchange the free shipping item for another item that had free shipping or not, a standard shipping charge will be added based on the above calculations.

Tracking Your Order

Once a delivery has been scheduled, the customer will receive a tracking number via a Shipping Confirmation email sent by Dawn Price Baby or, in cases of larger items, directly from the warehouse. In cases where the item was shipped via the United Parcel Service, please have your tracking number available and log into www.ups.com. This information is found in your Shipping Confirmation email.
